We require a deposit (non-refundable) of 200 Euro or £150 for all advance bookings, with the balance to be paid in Euro on arrival.
Alternatively if you'd prefer to pay in pounds sterling, the balance must be paid into our UK account, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Should we have to cancel your holiday for any reason, all payments received will be fully refunded.
Arrivals are welcome between 9.00 a.m and 9.00 p.m. please take this into account when booking your flights.
Our minimum stay is for 3 nights.
We strongly advise you to take out insurance before you leaving your country.
For reasons of security you will be asked to produce your passport upon arrival.
 
 


Whilst we only have one house rule, "NOT TO OFFEND YOUR OTHER HOUSE GUESTS" if this is broken, you will be asked to leave immediately with no payments refunded.


We charge 200 Euro per room per night, or the equivalent in £'s sterling.
 
This includes all alcoholic* drinks, soft drinks, hot drinks, snacks, and all meals during your stay with us. *Alcoholic drinks refers to local branded spirits, beers, wines and cavas. However if you prefer a named brand of spirit, this can be supplied for a minimal extra charge. If this is the case please advise us, when making your booking.
